Our team partnered with Amy Grimm to bring the historic 1911 building at 55 Main Street back to life as Fifty-Five Main Kitchen and Bar. From engineering a structural steel frame, handling unexpected groundwater, and uncovering a piece of Meredith's history in a century-old water line, we helped manage each phase from design to construction to ongoing care so this building can anchor a new chapter for downtown Meredith.
