AJ DesMarais

Born and raised in the Lakes Region, AJ developed a passion for building at a young age. That early interest grew into a career rooted in hard work, precision, and leadership. As a hands-on project manager, AJ is often found side by side with the crew—working alongside them to ensure every project is done right and on time.

His deep knowledge, tireless dedication, and ability to solve challenges quickly make him the heart of LRDG. The company simply wouldn’t run without him, as AJ’s leadership keeps every project moving smoothly and every team member motivated. Serving as first in command and Jeremy’s right hand, AJ plays a crucial role in driving the success of every project and the company as a whole.

Outside of work, AJ makes the most of his time with his wife and son. In the winter, he enjoys skiing in the mountains, and in the summer, you'll find him water skiing or boating on the lake.
