Chuck Fletcher

Born and raised in Laconia, NH, Chuck Fletcher has spent his entire life living and working in the Lakes Region. With a diverse background in construction—ranging from laborer, truck driver, and equipment operator to management—Chuck brings a wealth of hands-on experience to LRDG.

At Lakes Region Design Group, Chuck wears many hats as the Director of Logistics and Property Manager. He expertly coordinates maintenance across all properties, conducts weekly property inspections, and ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. When he’s not flying clients in the LRDG helicopter, Chuck serves as the 24-hour property maintenance contact, always on call and ready to respond.

Outside of work, Chuck enjoys the freedom of the sky as a helicopter pilot and spends his winters snowmobiling the trails of Northern New Hampshire, making the most of the region he calls home.
