Jeff Koch joined LRDG after successfully running his own painting company in Florida, bringing with him a wealth of experience in paints, stains, and finishes. His deep knowledge and commitment to quality craftsmanship set a high standard across the team.

More than just a painter, Jeff is a leader whose dedication and versatility extend beyond the painting division. He and his crew are a vital part of LRDG’s day-to-day operations, often stepping in to support the property management side of the business as well. Their reliability and teamwork play a key role in the company’s ongoing success.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys lending a hand to friends and family, spending quality time with his girlfriend, and taking walks with his loyal dog and best friend, Fred.
